Here is the STL for the Mazda Speed Lens Scan that I cleaned up.
This has NO THICKNESS. and needs a bit more work before it could be anything.

BUT with work this could help a creative individual cast or replicate this lens.

If you are concerned with a file being sold in RHD or LHD format, please understand that you can easily FLIP or MIRROR the X axis in most Slicers or Mesh manipulation programs before printing.
