Here is the file for the FD3S Center panel that is based off of a RHD scan.
Please be aware that there are some slight differences in regards to the handbrake cutout between LHD and this may not be able to be fully Mirrored without some minor reworking.

Price is cheap to see if anyone is up to the challenge.

ALL FD parts are Mirrored. If a part cannot be mirrored during slicing or has specific files, I will let you know.
If you are concerned with a file being sold in RHD or LHD format, please understand that you can easily FLIP or MIRROR the X axis in most Slicers or Mesh manipulation programs before printing.
